These draft terms outline the basic rules for using Wapi. They will be finalized before public launch.

Use of Wapi

Use Wapi lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, or use Wapi to harass, threaten, deceive or harm other people.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity on your account and for content you choose to share. You keep ownership of your content. You give Wapi the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display and process that content to operate the features you choose to use.

Plans and places

Wapi helps users organize social plans and information about places. Wapi is not responsible for third-party venues, events, transportation, purchases or arrangements made outside the service.

Moderation

Wapi may remove content, limit features or take action on accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, the Community Guidelines, safety requirements or applicable law.

Changes and availability

Features may change as Wapi develops. The final terms will include additional provisions about service availability, disclaimers, liability, dispute handling and governing law.
